Recruitment Consultant – Driving - Luton

£18k-£20k Basic (neg.) Outstanding uncapped OTE 28 days holiday

Position

• An experienced 360 Senior/Consultant is required, there will be a small team of temps to inherit, but ultimately this is a sales focused opportunity,  to help facilitate the continued growth and expansion for the office throughout the remainder of 2011 & 2012
• Superb chance to help build the division and in time take over the operations and build a team around you

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum 12-18 months temp recruitment experience within Industrial recruitment.
• Alternatively if you are an experienced sales focused 360 temp recruiter from high street recruitment, we are interested in your background too.
• A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
