Job Description
Founded in 1966, Shelter has been working for over 40 years to alleviate the terrible distress caused by bad housing and homelessness. Their in-house fundraising teams have now been out in the field raising huge amounts of money towards this goal since 2004. We now have successful teams in London, Leeds and Manchester.
Flow Caritas work with Shelter to provide team leaders and fundraisers in all these regions and because of the operations success we are always looking for new team members.
If you are a passionate person, a brilliant communicator and interested in using this experience to help Shelter then why not pop in to our drop in evening. It’s on Tuesday 27th July from 5pm onwards at Shelter's head office which is 88 Old Street EC1V 9HU. There you can join us for a drink to discuss the role and how you might fit in.
Fundraisers start on an hourly rate of £8.50 quickly going up to £9 and contrary to common perception, there is absolutely no commission!
