Senior Manager Financial Systems London £ Competitive

We are looking for an expert in finance / accounting who wants to make sure that all the finance / accounting team requirements are met. The successful Senior Manager Financial Systems candidate will report to the VP of Product Development and will be responsible for the product management of the company’s accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure. The position is based in London or Sofia.

Senior Manager Financial Systems - Responsibilities:

• Management of accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure

• Definition of features and functionalities for the accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure

• Gathering/ documenting of internal business requirements

• Develop and maintain the ERP product roadmap

• Build and share knowledge base about accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure

• Easily recognises areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation

• Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures

• Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others

• Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members

• Produce regular reports and additional ad hoc reports and analysis

• Complete work on-time and exceed expectations in quality and productivity

• Travel within the EU 10% of the time

Senior Manager Financial Systems - Essential Skills:

• Experience in a product management environment

• Demonstrated track record in product development/ management or project management or consultancy with a strong focus on finance and accounting. Oracle “financials” experience would be beneficial

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professional employees, consultants and contractors

• Sound decision making/ problem solving skills

• Takes responsibility and delivers on expected tasks without requiring follow-up

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organisation and influencing skills

• Develop into a true business partner; possesses analytical curiosity; brings insight to the team, especially in a multicultural and multi-location environment

• Second European language desirable e.g. French, German, Bulgarian
