Full Description:

Our client, an established company based in Bedfordshire, are seeking a Temporary Service Coordinator to work in their modern contact centre.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be:

Handling inbound calls from existing customers
Answering queries from clients
Logging calls with full details
Updating the customer database
Basic day to day admin duties

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience of a customer service role is essential
Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Previous experience of using a database system (full training will be provided on their system)
Strong administrative skills

Personal Attributes:

Warm and welcoming telephone manner
Ability to work as part of a team
Able to work on own initiative and be a quick learner
Must have excellent attention to detail

Normal working week is 40 hours based on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm - plus half hour for lunch.
