Job Description
Resource Manager required to for professional services company in the city of London.
As Resource Manager required to work proactively with senior management and directors to understand the clients needs across the business and to facilitate effective resourcing decisions. You will work in conjunction with a Senior Resourcing Manager to asses and plan future resourcing requirements based around project work flows, impact of pipeline and ensuring headcount is in line with budgets.
You will have excellent communications to allow you to acquire knowledge of individuals skills, experience and personal/professional aspirations to apply this knowledge to resourcing decisions.
You will be able to work under pressure, to extremely tight deadlines and have a strong business acumen and financial awareness.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role within a professional service environment. Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
