Head of Housing Management Strategy
A Head of Housing Management Strategy is required for a large housing association in London.
Thai post is a 50/50 split between being a strategic role and an operational one.
This post will be responsible for the development, allocations, leasehold and contract and compliance teams as well as being the link and liaison between them.
Flexibility is key for this role as well as being confident on development/regeneration issues to case arguments against development plans.
