Job Description
Medical Staffing Manager - NHS - 3 Month Contract
My client, an NHS Trust in London, requires an interim Medical Staffing Manager for a 3 month contract commencing immediately.
The successful applicant will lead the Medical HR function within the Trust, advising and supporting all departments on HR issues regarding medical staffing.
You will also lead on all workforce planning in relation to medical staffing and provide advice to clinical divisions on medical HR matters.
You will have the following experience;
* A minimum of 2 years NHS Medical Staffing experience at managerial level
* Detailed knowledge of the Medical & Dental Terms & Conditions Handbook
* Excellent team management experience
* A relevant HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
