• What’s involved:
You will be engaged in a range of project administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.
You are more specifically, likely to be getting involved with:
telephone answering
correspondence generating,
investigating queries
arranging meetings, putting together agendas and then taking and producing detailed minutes
updating spreadsheets
monitoring and analyzing performance indicators

- MS Word, Excel and Outlook user
- experience of working in a multi-agency environment
